Salary: GDST Grade 2, £24,000 - £26,000 FTE, paid pro-rata, dependent on experience
Hours: Full time (11am – 7pm), term time only plus 5 days
Contract: Permanent

Wimbledon High School are seeking to appoint an organised and customer-focused individual to provide an efficient reception service and carry out general administrative tasks that support the smooth running of the school.
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior School Receptionists to project a warm and professional image of the school. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. These duties will include:
- Warmly greeting visitors and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Responding promptly and effectively to enquiries from staff, students and parents
- Providing essential day-to-day administrative support, with a specific focus on assisting the Events and Administrative Departments.
To excel in this role, you will need to be competent with ICT, particularly Microsoft Office, and possess excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a reception area, a professional and customer-focused approach, as well as the ability to juggle priorities are essential requirements for this role.
