An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Department of Mechanical Engineering for someone with a passion for customer service and excellent administrative skills and to have a positive impact on the experience of visitors and staff in our department
The role of Receptionist/Administration Support Assistant will act as front of house services in the Translational Energy Research Centre (TERC) and Sustainable Aviation Fuels Innovation Centre (SAF-IC) located at Sheffield Business Park. Reporting to the PA for the Managing Director/Administration Officer for TERC and SAF-IC, the role will provide a high quality professional service to all visitors, and provide efficient administrative support to the TERC and SAF-IC team.
TERC and SAF-IC are both translational research centres dealing with a wide variety of external stakeholders, this role serves an important support function to ensure administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
