Come and join our Activity Hub team as an Administrator!
What happens at our Activity Hubs you may ask? Our trained team provide a comprehensive programme of social and creative activities for ex-offenders, both following release from prison and those serving community sentences. Our participants are invited to come and enjoy the support we offer to ensure they are well equipped with the necessary skills and confidence they need to re-enter the community.
As our Administrator, you’ll provide administrative and reception support to contribute to the smooth running and overall effectiveness of the hub. You’ll help with the planning and delivery of a wide range of hub activities, making sure all arrangements are in place. This will include room booking, preparing of documentation, and monitoring staff and participant numbers.
We’ll need your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you’ll be the first point of contact for participants, colleagues, visitors, and other agencies coming into the building. We like to ensure a warm, welcoming hub environment, in which our participants are enabled to fulfil their potential. You’ll need to represent us proudly!
Our successful candidate will ideally have a Level 2 qualification in Administration/Customer Service or equivalent. However, we appreciate that not everyone can tick every single box, just so long as you’re confident and are comfortable working with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of £20,971 - £22,849 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Skills and Experience
- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
- Good knowledge of IT, including use of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal effectively with a range of people by phone and in-person
- Good time management, organisational and administrative skills
