Job description
We are looking for an experienced receptionist - administrator to alternate duties with another Receptionist - Administrator on a weekly rota basis so that each works 50% reception and 50% administration daily.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Assist clients and visitors with the general queries
- Answer all phone calls in professional manner
- Schedule meetings, interviews, appointments
- Receive packages, deliveries and letters
- Maintain filing system
- Regularly check and sort emails
- Assist with administrative duties to up to four managers (enveloping, printing, typing, filling/ scanning act...)
- Reply to client's queries as instructed by the management
- Prepare documents and formal letters
Follow up on matters as instructed by the management
The role is office based (no home working at all), there is no home / hybrid working in our firm as it does not suit our culture and infrastructure, this is non-negotiable. All covid precautions are still strictly followed in the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,100.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
