RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcoming clients to the office in a warm and friendly manner
· To undertake general front of house duties, for example, answering the telephone, taking messages, filing, photocopying and scanning, handling incoming and outgoing post, etc
· Maintaining the office standards
· To provide superb customer service, office and administration support dealing with both internal staff and external clients
· Managing client review schedule
· Any other duties which may be required from time to time, as discussed and agreed with the Operations Manager and Directors
· Record and securely store information relating to confidential matters and enquiries
· Ensuring internal audit processes are met
· A requirement to undertake essential training as and when required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· Highly organised with an excellent level of attention to detail
· A polite, warm and friendly manner with a can-do attitude
· Professional appearance
· A clear communicator with an ability to articulate well
· Work well as part of a team and on their own initiative
· Team fit is important to us as we are a small team, we have a positive approach to work and life and are therefore looking for like-minded individuals
· Proficient in maths and English
· Familiar with Microsoft packages and data base management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
