We are looking for someone to be part of a busy team, who works confidently and efficiently, demonstrating a helpful, courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times.
With a culture of delivering high quality care, you will act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our Centre. This is a rewarding but also busy role and would suit someone who can stay calm under pressure in challenging situations, whilst carrying out a variety of tasks, as no two days are the same.
If you are enthusiastic and motivated then you are what we are looking for. You should have the flexibility to deal with interruptions and be an excellent, tactful communicator. You will project an efficient, helpful and friendly manner when dealing with patients, carers, medical staff and other service users, both face to face and over the telephone.

By the nature of our work you will be required to be confidential, sensitive and discreet, so experience of dealing with members of the public is key. You will be an effective team player and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be able to work independently to a high standard and have excellent IT skills.
Your working hours will be 12.30pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and you will also provide cover for annual leave and sickness. Full training will be provided.
