Experienced Receptionist
This is an extremely diverse role, working at our HQ in London; you will be providing admin support across all functions . You will be part of our reception team dealing with inbound telephone calls, e-mails, payments and general administration duties.

What we’re looking for
- A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE IN A BUSY FOH/RECEPTION ENVIRONMENT
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to multi-task in an often busy environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexible, adaptable and with a “can do” attitude where nothing is too much trouble
- A proven track record in a similar reception/admin role
- Able to work Tuesday to Saturday
