Headquartered in London and with studios throughout the UK and the USA, we are excited to announce the following incredible opportunity at our London Hammersmith studio.

Experienced Receptionist

This is an extremely diverse role, working at our HQ in London; you will be providing admin support across all functions . You will be part of our reception team dealing with inbound telephone calls, e-mails, payments and general administration duties.

What we’re looking for

  • A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE IN A BUSY FOH/RECEPTION ENVIRONMENT
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Able to multi-task in an often busy environment
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Flexible, adaptable and with a “can do” attitude where nothing is too much trouble
  • A proven track record in a similar reception/admin role
  • Able to work Tuesday to Saturday
