Job description
The job is part-time with a minimum of 10 hours/week
(12-15 hours over 2 to 3 shifts – Possibility to do more hours).
Flexibility will be required to cover holidays.
The pay is £10.50/ hour after probation end.
Training and probation are paid at minimum salary.
5.6 weeks of yearly paid holiday.
4 months of probation period.
Part of the training will be in week-ends or evenings. The trainings will be online & face to face. Usual work hours will only be week-days. Flexibility required. You might need to travel to Leicester for some of the training.
You must have extensive customer service experience (face to face AND on the telephone). You must be extremely well organised, able to take instructions, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
Being self-motivated, well presented, and eloquent is essential. You will have to be computer literate. The job will involve administration, marketing & reception duties.
During the training, you will have a substantial amount of materials to go over. You must be willing to learn and understand chiropractic, the clinic procedures and get involved in the planning and running of the clinic. Extensive training will be given.
