Job description
We are looking for a clinic Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers who visit our clinic or contact us to learn about our services.
Clinic Receptionist responsibilities include greeting customers upon their arrival, answering clients’ questions about services via phone, email, social media or in person.
You will be responsible for general clinic admin and processing transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a warm, professional manner, be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.
Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Tending to customer needs, enquiries, and complaints.
- Managing phone calls, emails, social media messages, deliveries, and office inventory.
- Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules.
- Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional.
- Assisting with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services.
- Processing transactions and issuing receipts.
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions.
- Managing the diary for all employees.
- General tidy and cleaning of floors each morning before clients arrive.
Shifts:
Monday - 9.30 - 5.00
Thursday - 9.30- 5.00
Friday - 9.30 - 5.00
Saturday - 9.30 - 4.00
( Saturdays are optional, can also be reduced to 2 per month if required)
