Job description
About the Role
- booking appointments
- answering the telephone
- greeting patients
- dealing with internal and external queries
- undertaking a variety of administrative duties
- assisting in the smooth running of the practice
- providing general assistance to the practice team
- projecting a positive, friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
- travelling between our three sites, as required
About the Candidate
- have excellent communication skills
- have strong IT skills
- have experience of working with the general public
- demonstrate effective time management
- be able to work under pressure
- be polite, confident and co-operative
- be able to work as part of a team
- be flexible to cover additional hours when required
- have own transport in order to travel between our sites, if required
- have general practice experience experience and knowledge of SystmOne, ideally.
