This is a full position of 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 17.00, Friday 08.30 – 16.30 based in our Head Office in High Wycombe paying £24,000 - £26,000.

What you will do:
This role forms part of a Front of House team to provide a concierge and customer focused function to the InHealth Group. Based at our Head Office in Loudwater, the emphasis will be on presentation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet & greet visitors, offering a professional service to all
- Deal with all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, connecting them swiftly and efficiently to the requested recipient or their voicemail
- Maintain the visitor’s log
- Sort and distribute incoming mail/newspapers. Prepare (record and frank) outgoing mail.
- Organise couriers and taxis
- Booking of hospitality as required
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms via Outlook calendar and ensure that meeting rooms are well presented at the beginning of meetings including the provision of consumables as required.
- Monitor and maintain supplies for the kitchen area (including milk delivery)
- Place stationery orders via the on-line procurement system (training given). Delivery and invoice reconciliation
- Maintain a current car registration list for all Head Office staff
- Ensure the Reception area and meeting rooms are organized, clean and tidy at all times (supplies of flip charts are available)
- Fire Warden duties (training given)
- Weekly fire alarm testing

You have experience of:
- Previous experience of supporting a busy working environment in the delivery of excellent customer service
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Dealing with contractors both via the telephone and upon arrival at facility
