Job description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team. Your role as a reception team member will include assisting guests, owners and visitors. Displaying excellent customer service skills will be essential to support the role. You will be required to handle telephone calls, respond to emails, take bookings and complete other administrative duties as required.
Administration Duties – the below are examples
- Accurately complete and maintain any cash reconciliation including, daily banking reports.
- Assist in the preparation of arrivals and departures ensuring the park management system is updated.
- Checking hire vans are ready for customers and adhere to company standards.
- Assist Caravan owners with maintenance and aftersales queries.
- To ensure that all related administration work allocated is kept up to date.
Customer & Team Interface – the below are examples
- Welcome our guests and promote the Company and Park always in a positive approach.
- To ensure all telephone calls, online bookings and emails are answered efficiently and professionally with a particular focus on holiday reservations.
- Assist guests with local and tourism information.
- Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone, liaising with necessary departments including housekeeping and maintenance/grounds staff to support the positive guest experience.
- Liaise with cleaning and linen providers and employees to ensure the smooth changeover of hire units and their presentation.
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area both internally and external.
We are seeking a person with:
- Good customer service skill
- Knowledge using, MS Office 365 - Email, Word etc. (Full training will be provided)
- Good communication and telephone manner
- Weekend availability, flexibility, holiday cover where required.
- Part time position, 4 days, 9am - 5pm, this will include weekend work.
Desirable Experience – (Not Essential)
- Working in a reception environment
- Good Customer service skills.
Job Type: Part time, pay negotiable depending upon experience.
