ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and friendly Reception Manager to join us. You will be responsible for managing a small team, overseeing our reservation systems, as well as maximising bookings and walk-ins to the best advantage.
The ideal Reception Manager will have:
- Experience within a high quality, premium venue
- A genuine passion for service and guest experience
- Experience with Open Table and other reservation systems
- Superb staff management and motivation skills
- A love for staff training and progression
- Bags of energy and a 'Can Do' attitude
- Excellent food and drinks knowledge
