Cleddau Reach VC Primary School is a forward-thinking and successful school, primarily serving the communities of Llangwm, Burton and Rosemarket. The school is situated within the village of Llangwm. The school site is a modern facility which provides a well-resourced environment for learning. It is a happy, thriving community with delightful pupils and a dedicated and skilled team of staff. We are a UNCRC Rights' Respecting School and pupil voice is a strong feature of the school, with pupil bodies such as our School Council and Criw Cymraeg meeting regularly. The school also works in close partnership with the Haverfordwest Cluster of schools as well as Partneriaeth.

The governing body is seeking to appoint a teacher to work full-time in our Reception class, with the possibility of a TLR3 payment to lead our Phase 1 team (Nursery & Reception) and sit on the Senior Leadership Team. This will be dependent on expertise and experience. Candidates should indicate in their application if they are intending to put themselves forward for the additional TLR role.
We would welcome secondment applications from practitioners currently working within a Pembrokeshire school; permission to apply would need to be granted by their Head Teacher in advance. We would also welcome applications from external candidates.

This is a full time, maternity cover fixed term post until Easter 2024 or sooner should the post holder return to work sooner.
