We are currently recruiting for a Reception Assistant Manager to join our team at our St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey.

Our reception teams are the first people that our Hand Picked Hotel guests meet when they come to visit, which means they get to make one of the biggest impressions. As the Assistant Reception Manager you will lead by example and work alongside the Front of House Manager and team to deliver a fantastic welcome to each and every guest, every time.
It doesn’t matter if they’re first time visitors or returning guests, you and the team will charm them from the initial welcome to the “have a safe journey home” with the impeccable standards of service you encourage them to deliver.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days to include a mixture of early and late shifts (06:45 and 15:15 or 14:45 and 23:15). This will include weekends on a rota basis.
About you:
- Most of all, you’ll have a professional, organised and friendly approach.
- You’ll have recent experience working within a hotel as a Receptionist and knowledge of Opera is desirable.
- You’ll be passionate about making our guests feel at home, and will develop a thorough knowledge of our of hotel products and services.
- You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with colleagues and guests.
- You’ll take pride in your appearance and always lead by example as the face of Hand Picked Hotel.
