Siddall Jones are a well-established independent commercial property company based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrator with good all-round skills.
You should be happy with the following tasks:
- Answering incoming calls in a polite manner
- Diary Management
- Arranging meetings
- Keeping documents correct and up to date
- Preparation of marketing particulars
- Maintaining a database system
- Uploading new properties to Portals
- You will also be required to do ad-hoc tasks for the Director and surveyors
An understanding of the Property industry is essential.
The role will involve working hours Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm however flexible working or part time may be considered for the right candidate.

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (pro-rata)
