Reception Administrator – Permanent Contract to start ASAP!!
Location: Coventry CV1
Salary: £23,000pa - £25,000pa
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Previous experience in similar role is essential.- Job role – 2 days reception & 3 days administration support
- Working in a accountancy firm
- Meeting & greeting all clients & visitors to the site.
- Dealing with inbound calls & enquiries
- Transferring calls
- Dealing with clients daily
- Data entry
- Email handling
- Post
- Generating invoices from Sage (training given)
- Maintaining administration systems
- Using MS Office 365 daily
- Ensuring the reception area is always clean, neat and tidy.
