Thanks to continued growth in 2023, we are expanding our reach and opening a new Estate agency/Solicitors office in Grange-over-Sands to provide our services to those living in the local area.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Sales Negotiator in our new Grange office.
As Sales Negotiator you will be managing the branches sales pipeline from instruction to completion, dealing with and resolving issues along the way so you'll need to be organised and motivated to get things done. You will be providing the highest level of communication and customer service to all clients to ensure they are updated and advised accordingly.
You will be the face of the estate agency at our new branch, working alongside our solicitors and valuers, therefore we need an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated individual who wants to actively contribute in the development of our firm. Requirements:

Key Skills:
- Negotiating offers on properties for sale, liaising between all parties and progressing sales through to completion.
- Preparing property particulars, agreements, everyday correspondence, and basic invoicing.
- Booking property valuations and viewing appointments.
- Registering purchaser details, then advise and match to available properties.
- Have a passion for customer service.
- Be IT literate with the ability to use Word and Excel, as well as property management software (full training given) or similar
- Being a point of contact for clients via telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Be organised and work well under pressure.
- A valid full driving licence and full time access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
