About the Role: The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients both public and private. You will gain from exposure to the following: • Portfolio development, including acquisitions and disposals • Acting for developers, landowners and local authorities • Portfolio financing, private and institutional investment Extensive training will be offered to support junior lawyers by industry experts to further develop their knowledge in the Real Estate sector.
You will be a UK qualified solicitor having previously worked in Residential Development at a reputable Private Practice or In House organisation.
Ideally you will have circa 0-5 years PQE. Differing levels of experience will be considered if the required skills are evidenced.
