We are seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate team.
Position Responsibilities:
Consults the Company and its subsidiaries on real estate acquisitions and lease transactions, and maximizes the value of surplus assets through asset re-positioning and/or disposition
Develops solutions to complex real estate issues that require complex research, feasibility modeling and financial analysis
Monitors and reviews critical lease dates, terms and business requirements to minimize portfolio risk profile in terms of new site delivery and business continuity, financial exposure and management of associated risks
Develops real property plans and manages real estate transactions that ensure efficient asset utilization in the support of long-range business unit strategies
Leads the implementation of real estate tactical strategy including transaction workflow processes, market/financial analysis, valuation, lease versus purchase studies, and customer reporting
Determines internal and external resources needed for real estate transactions
Coordinates with facilities and business planning organizations to lead the planning and tactical delivery of real estate services
Facilitates land use and project development approvals with City and State officials
Initiates real estate transactions including lease and purchase acquisitions, sub-lease, lease termination and dispositions
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Bristol Business Park, Bristol or Heathrow House, London

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
7+ year of experience with principles of facility management or real property planning or corporate real estate
Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
Negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
RICS
Experience in property management
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, purchasing or sales
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a included for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
