Job Description
- To play an integral role within your department supporting your team across a variety of activities
- Manage multiple tasks across a number of files and cases
- Develop commercial acumen to understand how your role contributes to the wider firm agenda
- Balance deadline, collaborating within your department, and providing strong administrative skills to enable high levels odf client servuce delivery
- Ability to adapt and felx dependent on yout team and business requirements
- Build good working relationships across the firm enabling knowledge and experience sharing
- Ability to manage various tasks and competing priorities, ensuring differing deadlines are met
- Effectively prioritise workload ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and your team can deliver against client needs at all times
- Ability to maintain accuracy and a high level of detail ensuring consistent and reliable adminstrative support to your department
- Managing workloads, communicating progress across all stakeholders ensuring a joined up and collaborative approach
The Successful Applicant
- Experience or exposure of working in a professional environment is desirable but not essential
- Administration and IT skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal
- Be able to engage with clients
- Work well within the team
