An exciting opportunity to join a motivated PMO (Project Management Office) Team within our Facilities Management division. As PMO Support, you will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring correct processes and polices are being adhered to.

Our Opportunity
You will provide PMO Support / admin support to all Real Estate Projects as required to support the delivery of multiple Projects/ tasks across the UK. Supporting the Real Estate team in the delivery of Projects and Facilities related tasks as required. Working with Capital Projects Managers by providing Project Management Support as part of the PMO Team on the function and as directed by the UK PMO Lead.
Tasks include but are not limited too;
- Supporting the Production of Project Management Plans
- Supporting Work Package Compliance, WBS & creation of Family Trees
- Schedule Management (Microsoft Project) - holding PM’s to task.
- Creation of Risk registers, supporting the development of business cases and RAID Logs
- Taking minutes and actions from meetings
- Producing Project reports and metrics
- Engagement with Work package leads including HSE, Security , IS, in chasing up tasks, actions and costs
- Engagement with external suppliers for quotes costs and programmes
- Project tasks as requested by the PM or Workplace Team
- Support task as required by the Workplace Team
- Support Energy Management tasks as required.
- Raising of purchase requisition
- Producing Finance reports- Project specific
The role offers the option of home working, but regular visits to our Reading or Crawley offices are required. Travel to project sites (predominantly in the south) will also be required on a regular basis.
About you:
You will have previous experience working in a PMO role or something similar, along with excellent people engagement skills and the ability to influence and challenge others. Experience within Facilities / Project Management environment is highly desirable, with some understanding of the RIBA stages an advantage but not essential.
Other key attributes include;
- Team player who can interface at all levels within an engineering and manufacturing company, and who can operate successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
- An understanding of Project Management Standards, processes and procedures.
- Ability to work professionally and constructively within a team environment providing advice and consultancy.
- Is a self-starter, capable of working on own initiative with a high level of integrity.
- A confident communicator, resourceful and proactive, ensuring adequate quality and timely delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Projects desirable).
- Driving Licence
