Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for dealing with real estate agents and property management;

2. Comprehensively control and supervise the cost, quality, schedule and safety of the whole process of project development (planning, design, construction and delivery, etc.), and handle all events in the process of project development;

3. Responsible for the formulation of the overall objectives of each construction project of the company, forming the overall progress plan, capital plan and human resources plan, and organizing the implementation after the company's approval;

4. Responsible for the coordination of major issues involved in the operation of the project company and the realization of the overall goal of the construction project;

5. Responsible for coordinating the relationship between relevant functional departments of the company and the government to keep them in good condition.

Job Requirements:

1. Holders of British citizenship or permanent residence;

2. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, engineering, real estate or related field;

3. Familiar with the development and operation process of real estate companies, good at the management of various links of real estate projects, master the advanced enterprise management mode and essentials, and have advanced management concepts;

4. Proficient in policies, laws and regulations of the real estate industry, with strong insight into the development trend of the real estate industry;

5. Proficient in the operation and management of real estate development enterprises, with rich practical experience in project preliminary investigation, product positioning, planning and design, engineering management, cost control, marketing planning and other links, and good at marketing;

6. With keen business sense and excellent work performance;

7. Energetic, efficient executive and communication skills, able to work under great pressure, with good professional ethics;

8. Working experience in well-known real estate companies, familiar with project positioning and commercial real estate development experience in the early stage of real estate development.

9. Excellent leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills and social activities, especially government public relations skills;

10. Good English and Chinese writing skills; Proficient in computer and office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Property Management: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Chinese (preferred)
