Real Estate Financial Modeller, Private Equity, London
Pearse Partners are currently looking for a Financial Modeller to join the Investment team of a leading technology service provider that has a global portfolio comprised of multi-hundred-million-pound real estate in a high demand and growing asset class.
Responsibilities:
- Create sophisticated financial models to track performance and analyse business plans, prepare portfolio/platform valuations, debt/equity analysis, run discounted cash flow analysis, create sensitivity/scenario analysis and reporting outputs.
- Liaising with internal teams to assess reporting requirements and agree with the investment team the scope and structure of the new models
- Performance and valuation reporting at both asset and portfolio level to the Board, investors, and lenders
Background
- Exceptional financial modelling skills (confident in building complex models from scratch)
- Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Real Estate modelling experience
