Job description
Your mission
Madison Brook are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support rapid growth in the Affordable Homes sector.
This key hire will have a central role in working closely with clients across London, being highly analytical will own and develop spreadsheets/models to allow accurate monitoring of property portfolios and financial cash flows.
Ideally should have experience with mixed property portfolios and/or working client side.
Your profile
Responsibilities include:
Designing, amending and updating investment models- Quantitative and qualitative appraisals of property deals to establish viability
- Preparing and managing cash flow of potential and current deals
- Producing monthly client reports as well reporting informally at regular intervals
- Presenting data and reports to clients when required
- Supporting joint venture partners
- Building a strong rapport with all stakeholders
- Working closely with Acquisitions team to monitor performance and market trends
- Assisting admin and support staff in reporting and formal approvals
Person Specification
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong in English speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Previous real estate experience in a similar sector
Salary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00
Location: Chiswick
Pension: Company Pension Scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00
Holiday: 20 days pa, in addition to Public Bank Holidays and Birthday
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
