THE OPPORTUNITY
The HSF Real Estate practice in London is ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and Tier 1 by the Legal 500. Our award winning UK Real Estate practice has a reputation for executing the largest and most complex real estate deals with accuracy and at speed. We provide advice on all aspects of general commercial property including investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate occupiers, PPP, corporate support work and real estate finance. The group also has first-class standalone planning, dispute resolution and construction practices.
Main areas covered: mergers and acquisitions| disposals | investment | development | leasing | joint ventures | large-scale regeneration | infrastructure and energy development projects | real estate financings and restructurings | pre-letting

In response to client demand and a fast-evolving legal landscape, HSF operate a market-leading, fully integrated in-house practice group called ‘HSF Alternative Legal Services’ (ALT). Our HSF ALT Real Estate team is fully aligned with HSF high-quality brand, covering a broad and varied spectrum of top-quality real estate work, working closely with other HSF teams in London and across the firm's international network.
In line with our Global ALT model, the ALT Real Estate team is fully integrated and embedded within the wider HSF Real Estate teams in London and across our international network in order to provide a seamless high quality service to clients as one firm, regardless of geographical location.

The Alternative Legal Services business delivers high quality, cost-efficient legal services for document or information intensive, defined process work.
The team works in a complementary and seamless way, offering a combination of legal expertise, process efficiency and client technology solutions to our clients.
The key products and services of our Alternative Legal Services business include document review, regulatory claims assessment, due diligence, verification commercial contracts, funds' repapering, client technology services (including advisory and document review software) and asset management for real estate clients.
