Job Description: Are you a driven and passionate individual with a keen eye for lucrative property investment opportunities? Do you have the skills and determination to identify and source prime investment or development deals? If so, we want you to join our team as a Property Consultant to assist with Sourcing properties and assisting with their development at Brentor Property Group.

Key Responsibilities: As a Property Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

Prospecting and Research: Identify potential investment properties through market research, networking, and other lead-generation methods.

Property Analysis: Evaluate properties to assess their investment potential, taking into account market trends, property conditions, and financial viability.

Negotiation: Negotiate property deals with sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to secure favourable terms for our clients and the company.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential property acquisitions, including legal, financial, and physical assessments.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with estate agents, property professionals, property owners, and other industry contacts to expand our network.

Market Insight: Stay updated on local property market trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to our team.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property sourcing or real estate investment (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to assess property investment opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven. This is a results-based position.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations (preferred).

Salary: £20,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
