We are working with a leading Real Estate Advisory team who are looking to hire at the Analyst and Associate level in London.
The team focus primarily on the Student Housing, Residential, Healthcare and Retirement Living sectors across a suite of products (M&A, recapitalisations, joint-venture structuring, restructuring, strategic advisory, etc).
Ideal candidates will have 2 – 5 years experience in a Real Estate focused Corporate Finance role (M&A, Lead Advisory, Transaction Services, Valuations, etc), or adjacent sector experience with a desire to move into Real Estate.
