We're looking for an inspirational leader with proven management experience to support our Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our Reablement Service in Wiltshire.
You will be part of a supportive and evolving team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do.
Although this is a permanent opportunity, we would consider offering an internal secondment to the right candidate
Successful applicants will receive a welcome payment of £1300 (subject to tax and NI) for your integral role in reducing flow pressure on hospitals . You will receive £650 upon starting and a further £650 upon successful completion of your probation.

Our Reablement Service is part of the Wiltshire Council “Living & Ageing Well” directorate and is a provider and operational Occupational Therapy Team, who work together to ensure that we deliver a service that is person-centred and achieves the best possible outcomes for everyone.
About the role
As a Reablement Team Leader, you will line manage Reablement and Senior Reablement Workers in our South Wiltshire team; and oversee our in-house provider service, ensuring that referrals to the service are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner, and that quality is a priority.
Reporting to the CQC Registered Manager, you will work in partnership with the Occupational Therapy Team Manager to improve the effective delivery of the Reablement Service.
Your hours of work will be 8:45 - 17:20, with occasional weekend work. Service hours are 06:45 - 22:15, 365 days a year.
You will also be part of the Reablement Manager’s on-call rota to support the out-of-hours on-call, and will travel across Wiltshire (travel and on-call payments will be paid)

About you
The successful candidate should have the drive and ability to work collaboratively to support the continued development and management of the Reablement Service.
You should be an excellent problem solver and confident decision maker; you will be an experienced leader in the provision of reablement and/or domiciliary care.
A role model and motivator to your team, you will encourage colleagues to be the best they can be and ensure that the business keeps going from strength to strength by delivering the highest levels of customer care and service.
Inspiring colleagues through your best practice and high-quality approach to care, you will need to build lasting relationships with partners within the council, health, private and voluntary sectors.
