About the role
We are looking for a Raw Material Call Off to join the Supply Chain team at our Kerry Portbury Bristol site!
Reporting into the Team Leader Call off you will be managing call off actions generated via SAP for a specified set of SKU’s to ensure there is no disruption in the Planned Production start dates.
What will I be doing?
- Review Raw Material requisitions and issue PO's according to lead time
- Monitor vendor confirmations to validate delivery dates. Act on variances
- Review overdue PO's each morning and follow up with suppliers. Escalate issues
- Monitor the Portbury Call Off email inbox on a daily basis and action relevant emails
- Carry out actions as per Daily Task List, and update daily as actions completed
- Provide clear, timely communication of Supply issues via SAP cockpits
- Check and maintain relevant Master Data including NPI
- Manage the F&R process to avoid service issues or stock write offs
- Monitor shelf life regularly and work with the supplier, Quality and Warehouse to extend as required
- Carry out actions assigned by the Inventory Analyst from Stock at Risk reporting
- Respond to Plan Release queries in a timely manner

What do I need to be successful?
In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in Supply Chain
These include:
- Ideally, candidate will be qualified to degree level
- FMCG industry experience. Food preferred, but not mandatory
- Detailed ERP knowledge of the purchasing & material planning modules in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience a distinct advantage
- Microsoft Excel
- APICS Qualification desirable
