We have big ambitions for improving these sites for nature and are currently developing wild flower meadow creation and woodland restoration plans following a large loss of ash trees from our sites. The National Trust also own two sites on the Blackdown Hills AONB – Wellington Monument and Quartz Moor, which are important areas of acid grassland and marshland habitat.
