AWTG, the world leader in 5G application development, is looking for RAN Design Engineers to join its Engineering Division. We are looking for a goal oriented and driven RAN Design engineers with relevant experiences in RAN design, planning and optimisation.

Job Description:

Perform Wireless RAN including Neutral host DAS systems design and optimisation using:

Network parameters and thresholds

Network KPIs and counters

Proper understanding of RF propagation theory, implementation

Antenna Theory , Antenna types, specs, models

Conduct Small Cells design and optimisation

Conduct HetNet Systems design and optimisation

Perform UMTS, LTE and 5G network design and optimisation

Perform design and optimisation

Requirements:

Perform design and optimisation

Deliver on several projects at a time

Interact with clients for project specs, SOW and deliverables

Prepare and present results of design and optimisation to clients using PPT

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Five years of progressive experience as RF Design Engineer or related positions, including 3 years experience performing DAS design/performance optimisation/model tuning/CW Collection/statistical analysis & processing using IBWAVE

Having knowledge and experience of the following tools is a bonus: RanPlan, Atoll Design of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5GNR, MapInfo GIS tool or similar
