Job description
Call Handler required for an organisation based in Wickford. Full time permanent role working for a very successful and expanding company. The role will be handling the volume of incoming calls from their customers, making details of the requirement ready to pass through to their area controllers. Ideally you will be located close to Wickford or be a car owner due to their location on an industrial estate.
Duties will include:
- Taking calls from clients to pass details through to the service controller team to arrange servicing for their plant equipment or automotive vehicle across the country
- Booking in services/repairs
- Liaising with field based engineers
- Dealing with day to day queries from engineers and clients
- Experience in a similar role is preferred ideally within the automotive industry or construction equipment sector. You will need to have professional customer service skills and be IT literate with accurate keyboard skills.
- 45 hours per week 8am-5.30pm monday to friday
Salary £24-25k plus quarterly bonuses payable after probationary period.
