Would you like to join our team as an Alarm Monitoring and Response Centre Operator?
We promote health, independence and well-being for our service users by handling their calls within our 24-hour Technology Enabled Care Monitoring Centre.
We monitor alarms calls for lifeline and complex assistive technologies, such as fire and epilepsy alarms. Our Operators also support other ancillary call handling services.
We are looking for someone who is resilient, works well under pressure, has excellent communication skills and deals with difficult situations sensitively and in a calm manner.
We have a variety of shifts available including pool, nights and day shifts on a part-time and full time basis.
