We are looking for a brilliant Molecular Biologist to join a tight knit radiation biology team working at the frontiers of drug discovery. You will join a well-financed biotech near Cambridge, where the development of game changing oncology drugs are being ramped up. The company have a stellar reputation for research in DNA damage repair and you’ll be working with world leading experts in this field.

We are looking for someone with a PhD in molecular biology (or similar field) and strong command of modern molecular biology techniques (western blotting, cell culture, assay dev). You will be working on two lead programmes currently in early stages of drug development. To excel in this role, you will have expertise in fluorescence microscopy-based methods and cancer cell biology. If you have worked with radioisotopes and CRISPR/Cas9 in an industry setting, this would be an advantage.
In terms of soft skills, you will be able communicate ideas well to internal team and external collaborators. You will be comfortable working independently, and naturally you will be a team player too. As the company evolves, you will be happy to adapt to change and grow with it.
