We would like to invite applications for the role of R&D Technician at our Larne site.

A day in the life of our R&D Technician

• Support dissolution testing.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the laboratories.
• Calibrate instruments, such as baths, balances, and micropipettes.
• Perform basic laboratory testing activities.
• Assist in sample stability management.
• Maintain accurate data records.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the laboratories, including management of waste.
• Glassware washing (both manual and automated).
• Prepare bench reagents and volumetric solutions as described in documented procedures.

Who we are looking for

Are you….

• Educated to A Level or Equivalent

Do you have?

• Ability to work weekends,
• Demonstrable IT Skills e.g. Microsoft Office.
• Proven communication skills.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of work, attention to detail and right first time approach.
• Proven ability to work proactively and under time constraints.
• Demonstrable team work.
• Have a flexible approach to changing priorities and be able to adjust working hours as necessary.
• Practical experience of working in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment.
