Purpose
This role is based at our flower outlet wholesale department, supporting the Flower Outlet management in the day to day management and growth of the Outlet.
Responsibilities and Skills
1. Dealing with customers of the outlet, face to face, by phone or email.
2. Designing and developing bouquets and liaising with suppliers.
3. Growing customer sales; Online web shop, Bouquets from unusable Company stock or other initiatives, Events.
4. Assisting the outlet manager in the day to day running of the outlet.
5. Maximising return value of unusable Company stock items.
6. General administrative duties.
7. Partaking in stock counts and other operational duties.
8. Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
9. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain reputation
10. Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display’s
11. Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the Flower Outlet and Web Shop
12. Promoting and advertising to attract new customers
13. Keeping accurate records of customer accounts
14. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
15. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Knowledge

Other Considerations: own transport essential, Core working hours 08:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
