Job Description:

An immediate need exists for experienced, ideally MRICS, Quantity and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join this leading Cost and Project Management Consultancy.

Based out of their Leeds offices, with flexi working in place toggling between office, home and site, you will be involved on a framework delivering commercial services on new and refurbishment build projects for a large governmental department.

Person Specification:

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally MRICS, you will have a proven track record of delivering the full range of pre and post contract commercial services on build projects.

Whilst not essential experience of working on NEC forms of contract would be advantageous.

In return our Client offers the opportunity to be involved with a framework which is providing a consistent workload of varying interesting project types.
