Job description
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction business based in the Eastern region.
Location: Norfolk
Contract: Permanent, full time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor for the Witham office, you will work with site teams across a range of sectors of projects. The initial project you will join is in Norfolk.
Your day to day will include:
- Working alongside the project delivery team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
- Having exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- You will manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
Who are we looking for?
- Ideally you will have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
- You’ll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- You will be degree qualified
