Their expertise extends to manufacturing and designing whilst serving numerous prestigious clients across the UK and Europe. They expertly handle both large-scale joinery projects and unique, tailored schemes. Due to sustained growth, they are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Duties and responsibilities to include: Ensure project costings are met Reviewing and agreeing variations Managing claims and payments Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report) Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows Prepare, submit final account on completion of works Agree final account and secure retention release If you're interested in this opportunity, then please apply with your CV.
