About the role
As a Quality Specialist you are responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems across the No7 Beauty Company and Boots UK to support the creation & maintenance of safe, legal and products of the right quality throughout their lifecycle.
You will report to the Quality Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) including change control, deviation and CAPA
- Champion the use of the eQMS & facilitate, provides guidance & training to internal teams using the system.
- Analysis of quality data and identification & implementation of improvement activity.
- Provide quality support, coaching and training within the business
- Support the OTC/Monograph Quality Manager in transfer of product to new manufacturing sites

What you’ll need to have
- Experience of working within a QMS in a FMCG or Pharma environment and good knowledge of how a QMS is designed & maintained.
- US / Canadian OTC product experience
- Experience of managing non-conformity and corrective action plans.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstance and manage activities to meet the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Competent, highly organized individual capable of working independently, effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator at all levels within the organisation, decision making and problem-solving skills.
