We are recruiting for a Quality Service Lead to join our dynamic team on a 6-month FTC basis.

The Quality Services Lead is responsible for supporting the Home Manager to drive the quality agenda and to provide guidance, support, and direction to colleagues. Providing leadership as required, including deputising for management (if necessary), leading on the quality reporting and indicators, and constant monitoring through audit process and review action plans.

The successful applicant will be/have:

• Registered Nurse with demonstrable post registration experience.
• Demonstrable experience of working with the elderly.
• Must have experience of working in a supervisory or management level role in a care home environment.
• Currently registered with the NMC.
• Managing or mentoring experience.
