About the Role:
This opportunity to be the Data Quality Administrator will help to produce and provide accurate information and reports to enable the effective management of the Childcare Group.
About the role
In your day-to-day you will provide administrative support to ensure consistently outstanding quality is embedded through auditing, training, support, policy, quality assurance, risk management and legal compliance.
The Data Quality Administrator will operate as the right-hand of the Quality Excellence Manager to proactively develop and implement improvements to childcare administrative processes in order to maximise efficiencies.
As the Data Quality Administrator, you can expect to:
- Deal with confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner, ensuring compliance with the Society and Childcare policies
- Support the Childcare Group’s goal to have all Good to Outstanding graded nurseries. Collating and reporting inspection, audit and notification trends to inform policies and training programmes to reduce the % of Ofsted recommendations and actions.
- To assist in the Childcare Groups safeguarding agenda and provide administrative support with policies and procedures to make certain that they comply with existing legislation and provide a safe and secure environment for our children and colleagues
- Engage in supportive, trusting and constructive team working, being a positive role model
- Be organised in being able to work independently, as well as being able to work with the Quality Excellence team

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.
