Job Title – Engineering Quality Administrator

Reporting To – Engineering Manager

Hours of Works – 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday; 8am to 3pm Friday

Salary - £Neg

Sabeti Wain Aerospace Ltd is a world leader in the design & manufacturer of bespoke aircraft interiors and upholstery systems.

As a busy expanding Company, we require an additional Administrator to join our Engineering & Development Team

Main Duties will include:

• Documenting and resolving Quality Issues within a factory environment
• Ensuring inspection/Quality procedures are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• To raise NCRs and resolve Quality issues
• Documentation checking, including Jobcards, Drawings, Customer Contracts
• Technical checks, including Patterns and Samples
• To coordinate the monitoring of Quality concerns from Customers
• Providing general administrative support to the Quality Manager & liaise with Production Quality Administrator
• To provide technical & admin support to Development staff as required
• Completion of FAI’s
• Data entry and keeping logs up to date
• APQP

This position requires the following key skills & abilities:

• IT literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communications skills and in written and spoken English
• Understanding of Quality tools and techniques and recognised Quality Systems
• Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks, as required
• The ability to solve problems with a methodical and organised approach
• Possess good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willing to take responsibility for allocated tasks and actions and be able to work on own initiative
