Permanent Quality Manager - £45,000 - £55,000 (Flexible)
Are you a skilled and experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in electronics development and a proven track record in the defence industry?
My client are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and reactive thinking individual to join the team as a Quality Manager at our cutting-edge electronics development company.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality initiatives in the defence sector and ensure the highest standards of excellence in our products.
Required experience:
- This person will need to be a good problem solver and a reactive thinker
- Experience working in a quality capacity within a manufacturing environment
- Experience implementing; planning/ scheduling/ processes and procedure to ensure the quality of products are up to company standards
- Ability to write Non-conformance documentation and working to ISO 9001 and ISO9100 standards
- Experience in Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Root cause analysis and continuous improvement capabilities
Desired:
- Electronic and/or Defence industry experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management)
