We are now looking for a Senior Quality Manager to manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality Operations team for our UK & I business based in Slough.
Senior Quality Manager – The Role
- Develop, implement, communicate & maintain a 3-year quality strategy.
- Ensure compliance with National/International Quality Standards & customer requirements including ISO 9001.
- Co-ordinate customer/supplier quality audits & responses to customer quality questionnaires.
- Establish a business wide quality network.
- Provide metrics, reporting & root cause investigation of significant non-compliance to process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to advocate our product quality throughout the business.
- Continually develop & align business processes, technology & infrastructure to meet future customer needs.
- Support continuous improvement projects.
Senior Quality Manager – About You
- Significant quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Quality Assurance auditor training to ISO9001 Lead Auditor status.
- Experience of continuous/process improvement in a commercial environment.
- Used to applying Six Sigma methodology.
- Comfortable managing projects & change programmes.
- Excellent communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.
- Effective at nurturing & coaching high performing teams.
- Enjoys a collaborative work environment where supporting colleagues is key.
