Adecco has partnered with a global Medical Devices business looking to hire a Product Quality Manager on a permanent basis.

Working as part of the senior leadership team, this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating products to beat cancer and other life-changing diseases.

Key projects will include:

• Managing a team of Quality Engineers to ensure continued development.
• Ensuring the manufacturing of all products and parts are performed to the highest standards.
• Highlight any gaps across the supply chain for product improvements, rewriting processes where necessary
  Continual management of the product-related QMS including trending and progressing any required corrective actions.
• Completing supplier business reviews to analyse and improve performance based on key metrics.
• Design Transfer - ensuring that production fully understands the design of the device whilst also transferring new products to manufacturing sites.

This role works very closely with design, production, and manufacturing, so it is vital you have worked with a manufacturing business previously, ideally within a quality-focused role.

Prior leadership experience is also a great quality to have for this role.

You will also need exposure working with supplier quality, ISO13485 and QMS.
