Then come and join our global team as Quality Team Lead to maintain the certified quality systems and drive quality improvements and throughout the business. You will be leading a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.
At our site in Sudbury, Suffolk, we are honoured to be a global leading manufacturer in the assembly of specialist instrumentation for laboratories and hospitals across the world for Urinalysis, Diabetes, and Blood Gas analytics. Being the only facility in the network to make and ship these products globally.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervision of the Quality Operations / Systems team and will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Maintaining, monitoring, and improving key elements of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Sudbury Site
- Developing a culture of Quality by education, mentoring and example.
- You will work to meet applicable KPI's on the Quality Scorecard
Your qualifications and experience:
- Engineering related degree
- Preferably experience in a medical manufacturing environment (other manufacturing sectors welcome)
- Supervisory / people management experience
- In depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820
- IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
