Quality Inspector
8.00am – 16.30pm Monday - Friday
Reports To:
Quality Manager
Job Function/Purpose:
Quality Inspector
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Provide first off inspection of product
2. Carry out 100% inspection of critical parts
3. Creation of dimensional reports in accordance with customer or internal Requirements
4. Assist with calibration of all gauges as required
5. Assist with calibration and inspection records
6. Provide back up in Hardness testing / Part Marking
7. Provide guidance on thread fits and machining tolerances
8. Fulfil training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in your personal development
9. To take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks in relation to your own job role and to control the risks or report them to management as appropriate
10. Any other duties as required, commensurate with job position

Must have the relevant experience to apply for this role
Salary: From £10.00 per hour dependant on experience
