We have an exciting opportunity to work within Quality Improvement forming part of Oxfordshire's Health, Education and Social Care Commissioning arrangements

About the role
As a Support Officer you will be responsible for working with the Quality Improvement Officers to help improve and enrich the lives of children and vulnerable adults across Oxfordshire.
This will include building excellent working relationships with professionals and members of the public and providing efficient and first-class customer service.
About you
You will be answering telephone calls, analysing data, supporting financial processes, managing a team inbox and preparing reports.
You will be a person who can build excellent working relationships with professionals and members of the public. You will be a highly organised individual, with good IT skills and will be able to provide efficient first-class customer service.
We have a dedicated training and induction plan for all new starters where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in business administration in order for you to be successful in your role.
